Requirement

Requirement

The client wanted a Philippines claim app, inspired by their India system—but not a copy-paste job . The goal was simple navigation, minimal steps, and a smooth claim flow, ideally all in one page so users don’t feel like they’re on a treasure hunt.

The app collects driver details, third-party info, repair location, and OD claim data. We focused on accident photo uploads (because pictures speak louder than long forms 📸). Earlier, users had to call for claim updates—now they can just open the app and check it themselves.

The challenge was collecting lots of accident details without making users fill a boring, endless form. So we cut down fields, kept only the important claim details, and added photo upload (much easier than typing ). Users can also track claim status, refer friends, and reach support when needed.

The journey starts with 3 login options: phone + MPIN or fingerprint (because typing passwords is boring ). On the home screen, users see their policies and tap to start claim intimation. A thread-style flow guides them to fill details and upload accident photos showing where the car got hit. All shaped using UX research, so the process stays simple and smooth.
