The existing design wasn’t mobile-friendly, but since it’s an ERP system, it needed to be scalable across devices. So I redesigned it using a mobile-first approach, making it easy to use on phones and tablets.

During the design process, research insights led to adding a new inbuilt feature: shift-based working hours. Managers can map staff to shifts, and the system can calculate incentives automatically. Because if staff are working hard, the software should work a little hard too.

The final concept allows complete staff onboarding in one flow. Admins can set salary, access permissions, shift schedules, assigned products, and staff skills (like stylist or makeup artist). Some names shown are modified for security reasons.
